We would like to inform ELTE PPK students that the amendment regarding the new HKR  (Student Requirements Regulation) of the libraries, adopted by the Senate at its meeting on June 28, 2022 is as follows:

LIBRARY OVERDUE FEE

137/A. §555

(1) The procedure for determining the library overdue fee is set out in Appendix 2 of the ELTE University Library Service's Organizational and Operational Regulations, the University Library Service's Library Use Regulations.

(2) 556 A student who fails to pay the overdue fee to the library within the deadline may not register for the end-of-semester exams, may not start the exams, and may not register for the next semester until the payment obligation is fulfilled. Final examinations may only be taken after the return of borrowed books by the deadline and the payment of library debts. (Section 137/A, point 2 of the library overdue payment fee is effective from October 1, 2022.)

Password (by default): date of birth in YYYYMMDD format (e.g. 19891023)

If you have problems logging in or have forgotten your changed password, please send an email to the email address konyvtar@ppk.elte.hu so that we can set your settings to default and provide information about login errors.

IN CASE OF BOOK DEBT

• please visit the lending library in person during opening hours and settle the debt in question.

IN CASE OF MONEY OWED

• it is possible to pay in person during the opening hours of the library, the debt can only be settled where the money owed was incurred.
• you can also settle the debt with a transfer.

After the transfer, send the receipt/confirmation to the address konyvtar@ppk.elte.hu.

Based on the received receipt, the debt will be deleted from the library system. Neptun appearance of this is expected when the system is updated daily.

FOR FINAL EXAM STUDENTS

The final exam can only be started after the borrowed books have been returned by the deadline and the library debts have been paid.

Please take care of settling your library debt in time so that you can start your exam period and final exam without any disturbance.
