The Rector's Instruction 6/2015. (IX. 28.)  on the Establishment of the Strategic Database of Eötvös Loránd University provides (only in hungarian language). Uploading the Strategic Database with data is mandatory for all civil servants holding teaching positions.

Stakeholders have the opportunity to validate their data in the Strategic Database at any time, however, the validation takes place twice a year, and is mandatory during November 1-15. in the first semester and between May 1-15. in the second semester.

Eötvös Loránd University public lecturers and researchers may submit application applications through the University only after their data have been fully uploaded and validated to the Strategic Database.

The data entered will be uploaded to the Strategic Database by automatic data transfer from MTMT, updated every few days. If there is an error in the received data, please contact the MTMT administrator of the Faculty.
